out a little!
We have three sizes of cottage available –
one, two or three bedrooms – all of which
are en-suite (seven of our cottages have
Jacuzzi style bathtubs). Our cottages have
amazing views and come equipped with fully
fitted kitchens to include ovens
(conventional and microwave), dishwasher,
washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, central
heating, telephones, TV Freeview,
private furnished patios, BBQ, private
balconies and a garden shed!
There are no nasty extras – your rental
includes electricity, gas, linen, towels and
VAT. We can arrange to do your shopping for
you and have your cupboards and
fridge/freezer stocked for when you arrive –
give us a call for details! And don’t forget
– our 2 AA rosette award winning restaurant
is available to you for breakfast and dinner
– or if you prefer, we can arrange to serve
you in your own cottage! Our outdoor pool,
sauna, gym, gardens and woodland paths are
there for you to enjoy!
Your cottage will be ready for you to check
into at 4pm on the day you arrive
No-one wants to leave - but when the time
comes, our check out time please is 10am
Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace,
patio and in the gardens.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in some of our
cottages. For details, please check with
reception. Please note, we do make a small
nominal charge for your dogs stay with us.
We do ask you to confirm your booking with
us either by credit card or in writing as
well as payment of 33% of the total cost of
your stay by way of a deposit. Once we have
received your deposit, you are responsible
for paying the full balance to us 8 weeks
prior to arrival.
Accidents happen! If you do break anything
or anything isn’t working, please tell us as
soon as you can so we can arrange a
replacement. We may need to make a charge
but we don’t usually do this if you tell us
We know that our guests only cancel when
they need to, so we try and be as flexible
as we can. To protect our business, we do
not usually refund deposits - however in
exceptional circumstances we may make
allowances. We may need to charge for the
full cost of your stay if you cancel with us
less than one month prior to arrival and we
are unable to re-sell your cottage – again
we will do our utmost to be flexible.
