Our eight self-catering holiday cottages share this unrivalled location and offer the ultimate in luxury self-catering accommodation. We offer one, two and three bedroom holiday cottages - each cottage is individually decorated and furnished to achieve a unique interior style.

Our Five Star self catering holiday cottages were specifically created for use as holiday homes - winning a design award for self-catering accommodation. Using local stone and rustic timber each holiday cottage has been positioned to give you a panoramic view you will never want to leave. Peace and tranquillity of the countryside yet only five minutes walk from the bustling harbour town of Looe, Cornwall with its fish market, restaurants, pubs, shops and beaches.

To further enhance the Barclay House holiday cottage experience - a heated outdoor swimming pool nestles in a sunny corner terraced above the lawn waiting to refresh you during those hot summer days. The fully fitted, state of the art, air conditioned gymnasium – complete with sauna completes your holiday experience. Access into 3 acres of adjacent private woodland, mainly oak coppice, has been opened up for our holiday cottage guests to enjoy.

You can also refresh your thirst with a drink from the bar; and we will be only too happy to help you with our wealth of local knowledge, not to mention making reservations for you in our restaurant for dinner, Monday- Saturday evenings or lunch on Sunday.

Pets Welcome: Dogs are welcome in some of the cottages at a nominal charge and by prior arrangement.

Access Statement: Please note that 7 of our cottages are only accessable via steps - one cottage (Woodgate - a three bedroom cottage) is accessable directly from the cottage car park and is on the level. The reserved parking space is right by the garden gate. From the ground floor there are 5 steps to the kitchen level off which there is a single en-suite room. A further five steps lead up to the twin and double rooms - both of which are en-suite but in line with the unique split level design of these wonderful cottages, there are a further 5 steps to each of the en-suite bathrooms.
