The perfect gift for someone with an appetite for
the culinary craft!
Barclay House is offering the chance to train for
the day, in the multi award winning kitchen, and
work alongside Michelin trained Head Chef Joe
Sardari.
On arrival you will be treated to the famous
‘Barclay House Breakfast’ in our stunning river view
restaurant, followed by a morning cookery session
with Head Chef Joe Sardari. Lunch is then served to
you in the restaurant, before beginning on
preparation for the evening service ahead.
Later, enjoy the fruits of your labour, by indulging
in a four course dinner in the ‘South West
Restaurant of the Year 2010’
Rounding the day off, stay over in the contemporary
en suite bedrooms, available with stunning river
views and Jacuzzi style bath tub.
