Our commitment to you, our guest – is a
lovely room, a great breakfast and superb,
friendly service – we aim to please!

Our rooms have spectacular views, are en
suite with bath and/or shower, have TV with
FreeView channels, direct dial
telephone, tea and coffee making facilities,
mineral water, chocolates... and in our
superior rooms we even provide bathrobes!
Arrival
and Departure
•
Your room will be ready for you to check
into at 2pm on the day you arrive
•
No-one wants to leave - but when the time
comes, our check out time please is 1100am
Smoking
•
Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace,
patio and in the gardens.
Dogs
•
Dogs are welcome in some of our cottages but
we regret, not in the hotel.
Deposit
•
We do ask you to confirm your booking with
us either by credit card or in writing as
well as payment of your first nights stay by
way of a deposit – thank you!
Cancellations
•
We know that our guests only cancel when
they need to, so we try and be as flexible
as we can. To protect our business, we do
not usually refund deposits - however in
exceptional circumstances we may make
allowances. We may need to charge for the
full cost of your stay if you cancel with us
less than 21 days prior to arrival and we
are unable to re-sell your room – again we
will do our utmost to be flexible.
Payment

We are happy to accept payment by credit
card (we take most cards), cash and cheques.
