Looe Cornwall, we
specialise in small,
intimate weddings at Barclay
House.
In
collaboration with Cornwall
Wildlife Trust we also offer
an exclusive once in a
lifetime opportunity to
marry on legendary Looe
Island (St
Georges Island).
The island is known to date
back to 1139 and includes
the ruins of a Benedictine
chapel, the 22 acre island
is now managed by the Trust
as a marine nature reserve
with weddings limited
strictly to 12 per year,
making it one of the most
coveted venues in Cornwall.
This unique package means
that guests and the bride
and groom arrive by boat
from the mainland with
numbers strictly
limited to no more than 32
guests. After the ceremony,
guests are escorted from the
island to the reception and
wedding breakfast at Barclay
House.
